Governance and Compliance

We support schools by overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and compliance within the trust, ensuring governance adheres to good practice and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.  This is achieved by supporting the effective operation of the trust board and its committees and coordinating the delivery and ongoing improvement of governance processes across the trust. Local Governing Committees at Trust schools benefit from training and professional development, opportunities to share best practice, expert advice from the Trust’s Operational Leadership Team, support for governor self audits and development plans.
