Operational Management

The Trust Operations Manager supports Trust schools across a wide number of operational areas, this includes:

• Providing strategic and operational advice and guidance to senior leaders at Trust schools – school visit at least once a half term
• Advice and guidance re Risk Management, facilitating implementation of the Trust’s model Risk Register at each school and providing ongoing support with school’s risk management.
• Leading on GDPR compliance within Trust schools, managing relationship with the Trust’s external GDPR provider (chargeable separately) and providing access to the Trust’s data management and GDPR policies
• Procurement and tendering support can be provided as required (additional costs may apply depending upon size). Trust Schools benefit from the ability to join trust-wide contracts, often securing preferential rates.
• Advice and guidance to help Headteachers ensure the smooth running of the Trusts school’s administrative teams, working with Headteachers to ensure these teams are structured and managed appropriately.
