David spent over a decade as a management and strategy consultant working across a wide range of industries, issues and clients before taking on senior executive strategy and risk roles over 15 years for a publicly listed consumer finance bank group.  Most recently David was the Group Chief Strategy Officer, spent 4 years as Group Risk Director, and had responsibility for all mergers and acquisitions activity including due diligence and post-merger integration.

As an advisor and an executive, David has worked closely with, and as part of, senior management teams and boards developing skills in strategic decision making, developing and implementing growth plans, governance, oversight, culture and change management.  David has strong finance and risk management skills, with experience in highly regulated sectors and complex situations.
