Angela Smith: Director of SEND
Angela is an experienced & resilient Primary Education Partner with 24 years' of experience leading teaching and leading across the full primary age range from 3-11 yrs within contrasting schools – 1-form to 3-form entry, inner city and rural schools and hugely diverse communities. Prior to settin gup her own business, Angela held leaderships positons, including headship.
Angela has a particular interest in developing other professionals, supporting disadvantaged children and enabling pupils to be life-long learners - offering them the very best chance of a successful, rounded life.
As a former leading SENDco in LA schools with specialisms in Dyslexia Friendly Schools, Neurodiversity and SEBD, Angela retains a specific interest in delivering equality & equity in education for all children, working with leaders to challenge teaching approaches and mindsets.
