Robert Morton

Robert is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years’ experience in managing office, industrial/logistics and retail assets across multiple regions. Currently the Lead Asset Manager for the Humber region of Associated British Ports he is responsible for asset management and property development.

He is experienced in liaising with investors, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to lead on the strategy and direction of both property assets and development sites. Recently he has been focused on growing revenue across the Humber region through reviewing the existing portfolio, bringing forward development land and analysing prospective investment opportunities.
