Nicola Lunn: Governance Compliance Lead

Prior to entering the education sector, Nicola spent many years working for a global consumer goods company and has vast experience of working within a dynamic multi-functional customer team, incorporating the highest standards of corporate governance in all aspects of her role.

Nicola has recent experience of working in a local maintained secondary school as PA to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and supporting the Local Governing Board.

In her role as Governance Compliance Lead for the Trust, Nicola supports our schools by overseeing all aspects of governance effectiveness and compliance, ensuring our governance adheres to good practice and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.  This is achieved by supporting the effective operation of the Trust Board and its committees and coordinating the delivery and ongoing improvement of governance processes across the Trust.
